Marriage License Requirements for Howell County

• $46.00 exact change or a check (No Cards)
• Know your Social Security number (a card is not required)
• Present photo I.D.
• If previously married know the MONTH & YEAR the last marriage ended (no paperwork is required)
• Both parties must come in between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday
• The License is good for 30 days anywhere in the state of Missouri, so be within 30 days of the wedding date
• It usually takes 15 minutes to process and you get the license that same day (no waiting period)
